Why the smell comes back after you clean it
Urine doesn't stay on top of the carpet. It soaks down into the backing and often into the pad underneath. Surface cleaning from a store-bought machine can make the spot look better while the source stays in place, so the odor returns, especially on warm or humid days.
How we approach it
- Find the affected areas. Many spots aren't visible. We identify where the problem actually is before treating anything.
- Treat the source. Our Pet Package includes pet stain removal and Hydrocide for odors, applied where the contamination is.
- Deep clean and rinse. The carpet goes through our full cleaning process, including rotary cleaning where it's needed at no extra cost.
- Deodorize. The final treatment leaves the room smelling clean, not perfumed.
