Before your appointment
Do I need to vacuum before you arrive?
You can't vacuum carpet too much, so it never hurts. But you don't have to: removing dry soil is the first part of our cleaning process, and we vacuum every job with a commercial vacuum before cleaning.
What counts as an “area”?
An area is up to 250 square feet. Stairs count as one area.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
For steam cleaning, plan on about an hour and a half for the first three areas, then about an hour for every three areas after that. Stairs count as an area.
How do I get a quote?
Call (951) 488-2788 or send the quote form. Photos of the areas or stains help us quote more accurately. Commercial customers can ask for a free, no-obligation on-site estimate.
Carpet cleaning and results
How soon can I walk on my carpet?
Drying time depends on the carpet, the method used, humidity and airflow in your home. Your technician will give you guidance for your job before leaving. Running fans or the A/C helps carpet dry faster.
Does cleaning make carpet get dirty faster?
Carpet that's cleaned incorrectly will re-soil quickly, because leftover soap residue attracts dirt. Our process rinses and extracts the cleaning solution, so it leaves no residue behind.
My spots came back after cleaning. What should I do?
Call us. If spots reappear after our cleaning, we'll come back and remove them at no charge. It rarely happens with our process.
Do you guarantee every stain will come out?
No honest cleaner can promise that. Some stains are already set and can't be removed. We're trained and equipped to remove the majority of stains we see, and we'll tell you at the walk-through which ones may not fully come out.
Will carpet cleaning get rid of fleas?
No. Carpet cleaning won't remove fleas, bed bugs or other pests. You'll need an exterminator for those.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
It depends on traffic, kids and pets. Busy households often need it more often than quiet ones. Cleaning before traffic lanes set in is easier and more effective than waiting until they're obvious. Ask us during your visit and we'll suggest a schedule for your home.

Do you remove pet odors?
Yes. Our pet odor removal treats the source below the carpet surface, then sanitizes and deodorizes.
Do you clean area rugs?
Yes. We identify the fiber first. Synthetic rugs are often cleaned on site; wool, silk and oriental rugs go to a rug facility with pickup and delivery. See area rug cleaning.
Do you clean upholstery?

Do you clean tile and grout?

Pricing and guarantee
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Our carpet packages are $350 (Standard), $450 (Protector) and $550 (Pet), each covering five rooms, stairs and a hallway up to 4′ × 10′. Packages can be adjusted for fewer rooms. Other services are quoted on request. See pricing.
Why do your prices differ from other carpet cleaners?
Every company's cost of doing business is different. Our prices reflect our training, our equipment and a six-step process that most quick “spray and go” services don't follow.
How do you guarantee I'll be satisfied?
If you're not happy with our cleaning, we'll come back at no charge and fix the issue.
