Optimum Cleaning is a local, family-owned business serving Moreno Valley and the surrounding Inland Empire. We clean carpet, area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, mattresses and dryer vents for homeowners, and carpet for offices, retail stores, hotels and other commercial spaces.
Our technicians are IICRC certified, which means they're trained to identify carpet fibers and choose the right cleaning method for each one. We use cleaning products that meet the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval requirements, and we follow the same six-step process on every carpet we clean.

How we clean carpet
Six steps, in every room, on every job.
Pre-inspection walk-through
We walk the rooms with you, identify the carpet's fiber, pile and soil level, and note the spots and areas that made you call.
Commercial pre-vacuum
A professional vacuum removes dry soil before any water touches the carpet. Many companies skip this step.
Pre-spray and dwell
Every room is pre-sprayed with a cleaning solution chosen for your carpet, then left to work for at least ten minutes to break down soil and oils.
Brush agitation
A counter-rotating brush machine works the solution into each fiber. Think of it as a car wash for your carpet.
Hot-water rinse and extraction
We rinse and condition the carpet, extracting soil, residue and cleaning solution so nothing sticky is left behind to attract dirt.
Grooming
Finally we groom the pile. It helps the carpet dry and leaves the even, finished look of a professional clean.
