How packages work

Other services are quoted to fit
Area rugs, upholstery, tile and grout, mattresses, dryer vents and commercial carpet are priced by the job. What affects the price:
- The service and the surface or material
- Size: square footage, number of pieces or rug dimensions
- Condition, including heavy soiling, pet contamination or set-in stains
- Add-ons like protectant or grout sealing
- For businesses: scheduling, such as after-hours work

What counts as an “area”?
An area is up to 250 square feet. Stairs count as one area.
How long will it take to clean my carpets?
For steam cleaning, plan on about an hour and a half for the first three areas, then about an hour for every three areas after that. Stairs count as an area.
Why do your prices differ from other carpet cleaners?
Every company's cost of doing business is different. Our prices reflect our training, our equipment and a six-step process that most quick “spray and go” services don't follow.
How do you guarantee I'll be satisfied?
If you're not happy with our cleaning, we'll come back at no charge and fix the issue.
