Who we clean for
We clean carpet in houses, apartments and condos across Moreno Valley and the surrounding Inland Empire, and in commercial spaces including offices, retail stores, hotels and industrial buildings. Homes and businesses get different scheduling and methods, so each has its own page:
Problems we're usually called out for
- Gray traffic lanes in hallways, in front of sofas and on stairs
- Food, drink and everyday spills that home spot cleaners spread rather than lift
- Pet accidents and the odor that lingers after them
- Carpet that looks dull or matted even right after vacuuming
- Carpet that got dirty again fast after a previous “blow-and-go” cleaning left soap residue behind
Why the extra steps matter
A quick clean sprays solution on the surface, makes one pass with a wand and is gone in half an hour. It skips the two steps that do the most work: removing dry soil before cleaning and physically agitating the solution into the fibers. It also tends to leave residue, and residue is sticky, so the carpet re-soils quickly.
Our pre-vacuum removes loose dry soil first. The pre-spray is given time to dwell. The counter-rotating brush reaches the sides of each fiber, not just the tips. Then we rinse until the solution is out, which is why our cleaning doesn't leave carpet dirtier a few weeks later.
Cleaning products
We use cleaning products certified under the Carpet and Rug Institute's Seal of Approval program. One of our main spotting products is Citrus Pro by Pro Chem, which uses citrus-based solvents to break down oily traffic-lane soil. Whatever we use, we rinse it out of the carpet before we leave. If you'd like to know exactly which products will be used in your home, just ask.
Every carpet is inspected first
Nylon, polyester, olefin and wool carpets don't clean the same way, and neither do cut pile, loop pile and Berber. The walk-through at the start of every job is where we identify what you have and choose the cleaning chemistry to match. It's also where we tell you, honestly, which stains are likely to come out and which may be set.

Learn moreThe six steps, room by room
Pre-inspection walk-through
We walk the rooms with you, identify the carpet's fiber, pile and soil level, and note the spots and areas that made you call.
Commercial pre-vacuum
A professional vacuum removes dry soil before any water touches the carpet. Many companies skip this step.
Pre-spray and dwell
Every room is pre-sprayed with a cleaning solution chosen for your carpet, then left to work for at least ten minutes to break down soil and oils.
Brush agitation
A counter-rotating brush machine works the solution into each fiber. Think of it as a car wash for your carpet.
Hot-water rinse and extraction
We rinse and condition the carpet, extracting soil, residue and cleaning solution so nothing sticky is left behind to attract dirt.
Grooming
Finally we groom the pile. It helps the carpet dry and leaves the even, finished look of a professional clean.

Perfect work. Very friendly and professional. Treatment of carpets was superb. After completing the carpets looked practically brand new. I would definitely recommend to bring life back to anyone’s carpets. Would absolutely use again.
Charlie came to the house very well prepared for the task at hand. He and Jesse were very friendly and personable. We were more then impressed with the job that they did. I cannot say enough about Charlie. We are more than pleased and will definitely have him out again.
